For this reason, they have announced that they are working on a new decree that will improve the regulation of private electric vehicles and shared vehicles «rental vehicles».

This new municipal regulation will focus on the parking that could be foreseen for the segway to be parked in bicycle parking systems. It will also review the areas of circulation through which the segway can run freely, which would in principle be all areas adapted for use, such as the bicycle lane.

The authorities give the welcome to the new generation of this type of transport methods, which can help the cars disappear from the road, and are aimed at amending the law that are necessary for it. But, these changes will not occur in the current legislation.
